He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Filtz and Beverly Filtz (Bricko); his brother Bruce Filtz; his brother-in-law Joe Riske; and his niece Colleen Filtz.
He is survived by: his children, Myselle Sowka (Michael), Raymond Filtz and Jillian Filtz; his grandchildren, Matthew and Madilyn Sowka; and his siblings, Chuck Filtz (Lori), Patti Cebula (Wayne) and Wanda Riske. He is also survived by his family, Scott was able to build his family a beautiful home on Twin.
