He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Moen and Dorothy Moen (Brantner); and his brother Randy (Diane). He is survived by: his spouse Jocelyn Anderson (Lyn); his siblings, Rodney, Robert, Steven (Karen), Deborah Patrow (Randy), Thomas (Janelle) and Richard; and his close friend Dan Key (Sheila). He is also survived by his Dad, his brothers and cousins.
