He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Loughan and Evelyn Loughan (Gleason). He is survived by: his wife Sue Loughan (Anderson); his children, Angela Kunkel (Scott) and Anthony Loughan; his grandchildren, Austin Loughan-Hays and Krystal Brown (Cody); his great grandchild Juniper Brown; and his siblings, Raymond Loughan (Caryll) and Corinne Snyder (David). He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in law; nieces, nephews, and very dear friends.
