The memory of Karen Rude-Sewilo (Altoona, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 9, 2024 at the age of 65, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Karen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Karen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Earl Rude; her husband Bill; and her brother Randy. She is survived by: her son Chad Haddeman; her grandchildren, Kalisha, Earl and Chevy; her mother Vivian Thompson; her siblings, Kathie Johnson (Bill) and Richard Rude; and her siblings-in-law, Steve, Ron Sewilo and Sue Fink (Simon). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stokes, Prock & Mundt Funeral Chapel (535 S Hillcrest Pkwy, Altoona, WI 54720).
