She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Lewis and Leona Lewis; her brothers, Tom Hall, Bob Hall, John Hall, Bill Lewis, Terry Lewis, Ron Lewis and Levi Lewis Jr.; her father-in-law Daniel Derdzinski; and her nieces, Tina Hall, Sara and Stefanie Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Bryan Derdzinski; her mother-in-law Gloria Derdzinski; her brothers, Larry (Carol) and Mike (Dana); and her siblings-in-law, Diane Winkler (Todd), Trisha Hall, Chris Hall, Cheryl Hall and Daniel M Derdzinski. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews and great friends.
