We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2023, at the age of 86, Joan Carol Hill of Altoona, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Anderson and Mencile Anderson; her sister Nancy Caldwell; and her brother-in-law Neil Whitted. She is survived by: her husband Charles V. Hill Sr.; her children, Charles Jr. (Jean), Cindy Donnelly (Mark), Christopher (Cynthia) of Placerville, CA and Craig (Krystena); her sister Karen Whitted; her brother-in-law Pat Caldwell of Canada; her grandchildren, Stacey Setzer of Eau Claire, Erin Odegard (Brad) of Eau Claire, Ali Hill (Maddy Dokkestul) of Eau Claire, Makenzie Campbell (Pete), Zachary Hill of Placerville, CA, Rebekah Martinez (Alex) of Appleton, WI, Andrew Donnelly and Sujay Donnelly; and her great grandchildren, Mookie Odegard, Morgan Dokkestul and Ayra Campbell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Disease or Eau Claire Humane Society building fund, for their new building.
