He is survived by: his wife Corinne; his children, Joseph Mayer and Tiffany Laper (Jason); his grandchild Hailey Laper; his daughter Tara Crawford (Mike); his grandchildren, Mikey, Brennen, James Crawford and Jenn Kempfert (Ben); his siblings, Linda Field, Steven Mayer, Janice Volk, Rhonda Moore and Susan Beavens; his cousins, Donavan Hazen, Dottie Sieg, Melissa Jadack and Matthew Hazen; his siblings-in-law, Leo, Eric, Dan Meier and Chris Luedtke; and also, Lucas, Beau and Drake Mayer.
