He is survived by: his parents, Chad Simonson and Denise Simonson; his uncle Corey Simonson; his sister Samantha Simonson; his son Ivan Simonson; the mother of his child Sydney Newton; his fiancée Gabrielle Scott; and his grandparents, Donald Simonson (Debra) and Dean Larson (Dian). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
