He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Decker and Gladys Decker (Palmer). He is survived by: his siblings, Gene Decker (Sue), Ray Decker (Lori) of Chippewa Falls, Robert Decker (Jennifer), Carolyn Bauer (Larry) and Sue Frederick (Dave) of Eau Claire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
