He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Coulthurst (Kim) and Kathleen Hanneman (Rodney); his daughter-in-law Luann Coulthurst; his grandchildren, Ashley Coulthurst, Nicole Johndro (Ryan), Brittney Lobner (Jace), Hannah Coulthurst (Nhia Lee), Nicole Simonis, Christopher Klaus and Charlie Klaus (Tia); his great grandchildren, Lily, Layla, Ayva, Trennon and Sutton; and his brother William Coulthurst. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
