He is survived by: his parents, William Sr and Amanda; his brothers, Melroy Jr., Charles Jr., Norman Jr. and William Jr.; his significant other Sharon; and his sons, Melvin, Stolpa, Robert Williams (Sara) and Charles Williams (Denise). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
