He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Blechinger and Elizabeth Blechinger (Becker); his son Thomas Blechinger; his son-in-law Brian Dodge; and his sisters, Patricia Hoffmann and Barbara Etlicher.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Ray Blechinger (Dawn), Nanette Dodge and Tammy Ross (Jared Becker); his grandchildren, Rhandi (Dan), Kayla (Kyle), Tasha (Justin), Brian (Shannon), Mitchell (Katelyn), Damion (Taylor), Brooke (Brandon), Jordan (Cassie) and Brady (Cheyanne); and his sister Mary Jane Leschisin. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
