He was predeceased by: his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kathryn Dusenbery (Jay Julius), David (Cindi) and John of San Diego, CA; and his grandchildren, Nicole (Mark Allen), Emma (Kate O'Brien), Samuel (Anna Helland), Elizabeth and Matthew (Taylor Boucher).
