He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Gustavson and Virginia Gustavson. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Thoeny of Alma; his children, Kevin Thoeny (Alica) of Viroqua, WI, Scott Bigalk of Wabasha, Jessica Bigalk of Alma, David Gustavson of Nelson and Kyle Gustavson of Alma; and his sister Linda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
