It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard George Schellinger of Allenton, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Schellinger and Marcella Schellinger; his wife Mary Ann; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Viola Fehring.
He is survived by: his children, Arleen Mantel (Dale), Mike (Cathy), Mark (Cindy), Merle (Cindy), Cheryl Sandretti (Jeremy) and Allen (Krysta); his grandchildren, Jesse (Nicky), Mitch (Melissa), Tracy, Nick (Mary), Shanna (Andy), Troy (Megan), Brandon, Kaylie (Brandon), Travis, Jared (Haley), Brett, Makenzie, Matthew, Bennett and Braelyn; and his siblings, Gary Schellinger (Mary), Joan Stangl (Don), Susan Holmes, Earl Fehring (Elaine) and Jerome Fehring (Nancy). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials to Resurrection Catholic Church or Allenton American Legion Post 483 in Richard's name are appreciated in lieu of flowers.
