He is survived by: his parents, Allan Hormann and Darleen Hormann (Mikkola); his siblings, Jacob Hormann (Stephanie) and Melissa Grycan (Zach); and his grandmother Wilma Horman (Shelley). He is also survived by aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.
