He is survived by: his parents, Dakota Rouer and Miranda Rouer (Klatt); his grandparents, Jeffrey, Becky Rouer, Paul and Brenda Klatt; his great-grandparents, Betty Bouche (Rouer), Joyce DeKeyser and Dianne Uecker; and his godparents, Devon Rouer and Lindsey Charles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
