He is survived by: his wife Pearl Dufek; his children, Nancy Duerst (Bryan), Gary Kostka and John Kostka; his granddaughter Carley; and his siblings, Elaine Ramesh (Gene), Ronnie Kostka (Bonnie), Judy Gunnlaugsson (Steve) and Jeanne Pierce. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
