She is survived by: her daughters, SuLynn Kostichka (Greg Ronsman) and Sheila Blahnik Sr. (Jake); her grandsons, Travis Kostichka (Sydney), Devin Kostichka (Cassi), Sheldon Moore, Reese Moore and Jacob Blahnik Jr.; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Moore, Liberty Moore, Rylee Kostichka, Callah Kostichka and Colton Kostichka; her siblings, Sally Malvitz (Gerald), Merry Deprey (Roger), Patricia Carmody, Jean Krueger (Mark), Bonnie Carmody and Gordon Carmody (Diane); and her siblings-in-law, Rose Carmody, Amy Carmody, Darlene Waier (Warren) and James Dier.
