He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Bill Bellin (Chris) and Jeff Bellin (Janelle); his stepchildren, Jovana Iwen (Jayson) of Duluth, MN, Cozette Devlin (Sean), Sun Prairie and Aaron Bouche of Newport News, VA; his grandchildren, Zachary, Max Bellin, Kyra, Malachai Devlin, Marlow and Zenon Iwen; his siblings, Giles Bellin (Cleo), Gary Bellin (Karen), Sturgeon Bay, Ernie Bellin (Sherry), Bernie Bellin (Trudi), Franklin, Ron Bellin Luxemburg (Marsha) and Randy Bellin Green (Deena); and his siblings-in-law, Roger Puyleart, Pat Bellin (Pricilla) and Sandra Cheatham of Edwardsville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
