She is survived by: her parents, Joan Slaby (Orsted) of Egg Harbor and Fredric A. Slaby of Luxemburg; her former husband David Larson of Larson Productions; her sister Cindy Jacques (Harry) of Green Bay; her precious miniature poodle Jacque; her aunt Joyce Hussong of Pennsylvania; and also Gale Zahn of Baileys Harbor. She is also survived by cousins, distant relatives, and friends.
