He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew Blahnik and Della Blahnik (Holdorf); his wife LaVerne D. Hackert; his son Lary Blahnik; his siblings, Joyce Blahnik and David Blahnik; and his granddaughter-in-law Chessie Quinn.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Quinn (Patrick) of Canton, Kathleen Hovis (Vernon) of Swartz Creek and Gary Blahnik (Cheryl) of Corunna; his daughter-in-law Roseann Blahnik of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Jennifer Moore (Michael), Jill Price (Jason), Jonathon Hovis, Bryan Quinn (Kate), Kevin Quinn, Erin Baker (Scherrard), Lauryn Graham (Matthew), Emily Blahnik (Laurie Potie), Kristyn Blahnik Wiley (Seth) and Matthew Blahnik; and his great grandchildren, Tyson, Trent, Ella Moore, Carmen Quinn, Connor Hovis, Rylee Price, Caroline, Bradley Quinn, Brayden Blahnik Wiley, Wyatt Wiley, Aubrey Graham, Maddox and Ellis Baker.
Due to the pandemic and social distance restrictions, private funeral services will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 at Faith Lutheran Church, Grand Blanc.
