He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Blahnik and Henrietta Blahnik (Krueger); his siblings, Howard, Leo, Jim, Pete, Vincent, Donny, Gert Blahnik and Myrtle Mattice; his sisters-in-law, Judi Blahnik, Delores Blahnik and Helen Blahnik; and his nephew Tim Blahnik.
He is survived by: his brothers, Bob Blahnik and Maynard Blahnik (Mary Jo); and his sisters-in-law, Bev Blahnik, Joanne Blahnik and Sue Blahnik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
