We bid farewell to John Alan Groessl of Algoma, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 20, 2024 at the age of 92. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Groessl and Agnes Groessl (McLaughlin); his wife Beth Shaw of John's Cathedral; his children, Mike, Mitch and Debbie Hareland; his great grandchild Aubree; his sisters, Mary Ann and Jean Kubiak; and his brothers-in-law, John Kubiak, Lloyd Cesar, Robert Shaw, Nick Weisner (Joyce) and Roger Faken (Colleen).

He is survived by: his sons, Dave (Jane) and Mark (Barbie); his children-in-law, Gary Hareland and Joan; his grandchildren, Terri Lebrecht (Adam), Jeff (Chelsey), Jackie Thompson (Wayne), Nick (Megan), Ben (Emmy), Rory (Sarah), Casey (Shayna) and Quinn; his great grandchildren, Caden, Reece, Wesley, Otis, Tabatha, Jack, Lola, Lauren, Kalynn, Levi and Greyson; and his sister Kay Cesar.
