He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Jeanquart (Fiefarek) and Floyd Jeanquart; his siblings, James, Jonathon, Jerold and Julaine; his wife Jodi Zimmerman; his children, Eli and Emma; and his siblings, Jennifer McCrea (Charlie), Jeffery (Dawn) and Jay (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
