It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Carol Wagner of Algoma, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus "Mungo" Laurent and Ella Laurent (Nelson); and her sister Elizabeth Roffers (Louie). She is survived by: her children, Charles Wagner (Monica), Linda Buelow (Ron) and Peter Wagner (Gayla); the father of her children Elton Wagner; her grandchildren, Heidi DeBaker, A. J. Wagner, Kris, Jessica, Jed Buelow and Krista Hau; and her stepgrandchildren, April Grosbeier, Scott, Brian Servaes and Jenelle Christen. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
