Gertrude Sarah Schmidt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, at the age of 95, Gertrude Sarah Schmidt of Algoma, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Flavion and Louise Flavion (Paul); her husband Eldor; and her siblings, Henry Flavion (Gertrude), Gerald Flavion (Ruby), William Flavion Jr. (Betty), Florence Degrave (Henry), Esther Englebert (Charles), Mildred LeCaptain (Elmer), Grace Pilgrim (Elroy), Lucy Dellis (Richard), Loretta Parkos (Francis) and Virginia Bergene.

She is survived by: her sons, Wayne R. Schmidt (Karen) of Algoma and Paul Schmidt (Juanita) of Algoma; and her grandchildren, Kevin Schmidt (Heather) of Algoma, Tim Schmidt (Kelly) of Algoma, Phil Schmidt (Jenny) of Algoma, Trisha Schmidt of Algoma, Peter Schmidt (Devin) of Algoma and Carl Waterstreet (Colleen Nordine). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

There will be a larger Celebration of Gertrude's life at a later date do to the Covid-19 Virus.
