He is survived by: his children, Kathy Button (William), Connie Kostichka, Steve Kostichka (Hilary), Mike Kostichka (Kim), Mark Kostichka (Dorothy) and David Kostichka (Julie); his grandchildren, Quinn (Tessa), Brianna, Noah Button (Victoria), Andrew, Christopher, Jonathan Boehnlein, Kyle, Matthew Kostichka, Kurt (Julia), Ben Kostichka (Sarah), Travis (Sydney), Devin Kostichka (Cassi), Payton and Savannah Kostichka; his great grandchildren, Alexandra, Jack, Case, Bryce, Rylee and Colton; and his siblings, Dennis Kostichka (Carol), Chuck Kostichka (Marge), Marilyn Gauger (Eugene) and Cindy Jacobs (Larry). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
