He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his daughters, SuLynn Kostichka, Greg Ronsman, Sheila Moore and Jake Blahnik Sr.; his grandsons, Travis Kostichka, Devin Kostichka (Cassi), Sheldon Moore, Reese Moore and Jacob Blahnik Jr.; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Moore and Liberty Moore; and his sisters, JoAnn Tullberg (Donald), Darlene Waier (Warren) and Ann Dier (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
