He is survived by: his sons, Allen Fortemps (Salena) and Clint Fortemps (Christie); his grandchildren, Emily Fortemps and Sydney Fortemps; his great grandchild Scarlette; his sister Polly Soukup; and his brother-in-law Michael Woolums (Green Bay). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
