He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Mikkelson (Wiebe) and Olaf Mikkelson; and his children, Gregory Dean and Kelly Ann. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Tom Benning (Annette Forthun); and his sisters, Dorothy Fankki (James), Marge Fiene, Lillian Folz (Stanley) and Mary Jo Kast. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
