He was predeceased by: his parents, Irl Sowle and Vera Sowle (Hill); his children, Paula Butler and Mark Sowle; his grandchildren, Ashley and David; and his sisters, Coral Williams, Audrey Sowle and Debbie Pettit.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lund; his sons, Todd Sowle (Sandie) and Brian Sowle; and his sisters, Marsha Babcock (Roger) and Sharon Peterson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
