He is survived by: his wife Donna Durfee; his children, Debbie Kurth (David), Jackie Rathke (Steven), Martin Morse (Lynelle), Bobby Jo Morse and Michael Morse (Tracy); his grandchildren, Adam Kurth, Amy Theis (Nicholas), Whitney Rathke, Lindsey Ross (Ben), Evan Rathke (Megan), Aaron Rathke (Virginia), Courtney Rathke, Nolan Morse, Trenton Kittler and Amber Morse; his great grandchildren, Everly, Maverick, Ransom, Montana, Josephine and Maya; and his siblings, Rose Marie Baum, Richard Morse, Harry Morse (Judy), Cindi Morse and Lynda Carstens (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the American Heart Association or St. Jude's Hospital.
