He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Alice Earl and Carol Jelinek; his aunt Linda Sojaka; his uncle Bill Sojaka; and his cousin Melinda Earl.
He is survived by: his parents, Danny Jelinek and Mary Jelinek (Earl); his close friends, Bud, Chopper, Steven and Hank; his brother David Michael (Toni); his grandfather Emil Jelinek; his uncles, David Jelinek (Gail), Jim Earl (Georgia) and John Earl (Winnie); his nieces, Kelsey Rae Zoromski (Tanner) and Kaitlyn Noggle; and his nephew Justin Jelinek. He is also survived by His dogs were more than a pet.
