He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Warren; his brother Daniel Warren; and his former wife Patti Warren. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Warren (Bandt); his children, Keith Warren, Kenny Warren, Kaitlyn Warren, Shelby Bass-Alderman and Dawson Bass-Alderman; his siblings, Susan Herfel (Ken) and Robert Warren (Kurtis); his aunt Linda Sheppard (Tom); and his uncle Butch Warren. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
