He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Allen (Coon) and Myrtle Lyons Allen (Lyons); his wife Esther B. Johnson; his children, John Allen, Randy Allen, Vicki Kolff (Allen), Daniel Allen, Cindy Mickelson (Allen) and Lori Mitchell (Allen); and his siblings, Jim Allen (Phyllis), Lyle Allen, Irvin Allen, David Allen and Dorothy Sindelar (Allen). He was also cherished by his father, uncles, and brothers.
