He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Rusch and Joan Rusch; and his son Tony Rusch. He is survived by: his spouses, Ruth Garrett and Linda Rusch of Adams; his daughter Joell Rusch (Keith LaSee) of Marshfield; his stepchildren, Mike Allen (Kelly) of Adams and Misty Allen of Norfolk; his former wife Ruth Rusch of Adams; and his brothers, Mark Rusch (Sue) of Waukesha, David Rusch (Kathy), Daniel Rusch (Debbie) of Colorado Springs and Paul Rusch (Sharon) of West Allis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Adams County Fire District.
