In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Emil Lavon leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Emil Lavon may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Lora; his former wife Shirley Fischer; and his wife Berneice (Dart). He is survived by: his children, Linda Greene, Emil Fosnow, Jr. (Rita), Joe Fosnow, Louis Fosnow and Jean Miller; and his stepchildren, Tammie Maxwell (Allan) and Wayne Sainsbury (Leslie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pflanz Mendrala Funeral Home (430 W Wisconsin St, Portage, WI 53901). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
