He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Solles (Suddith) and Ralph Welch Sr.; his wife Katherine Welch; his daughter Kelli Lilyquist; and his siblings, William Antrim, Robert Welch Sr., James Solles, Lillian McNeely and Elizabeth Bischoff.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Welch (Tim), Loren Welch (Brittney) and Leann Neuy (Travis); his siblings, Eddie Welch, Linda Tracy (Gary), Diane and Larry Solles (Deb); his grandchildren, Crystal LaRocca (Aaron), Ashley Welch (Daniel), Corey Welch, Tiffany Brinker (Clark), Joshua, Kelan, Kelsie Menore, Jenna Neuy, Wyatt Welch, Aaron and Ezra Mahoney; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Best, Kinzlie Welch, Serenity Mecili, Bentley and Brogan Johnston.
