He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Fee and Violet Fee (Rita); and his grandchildren, Nalia Journee Barton and Victor Villegas Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rita Szalai; and his children, Krystal Barton (Ryan) of Adams, WI, Charles Jr. Fee (Miranda) of Adams, WI, Candice Ocampo (Efren) of Chicago Ill, Tabitha Villegas of Adams, WI and Jonathan Szalai of Chicago Ill. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren along with many family and friends.
