She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey Wagner; her parents, Dorothy Sumwalt (Frozene) and Clarence Petruska; her sister Mary Jo Klaus; and her parents-in-law, Charles "Chuck", Alice Parr, James "Jim", Jean Hilliard, Robert "Bob" Wagner and Vearn "Sonny" Golz.
She is survived by: her children, Rochelle Brendel (Jorg), Mark Wagner (Laurie) and Perry Wagner (Carrie); her grandchildren, Marina, Nikolas, Oliver, Henry and Joey; and her siblings-in-law, Allan Klaus, Maggie Wagner and Mary Golz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed in Beverly's memory to the Moundview Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Adams-Friendship Fine Arts Center, or St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
