He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony LePak and Patricia LePak (Connely); his significant other Bev; his siblings, Donnie LeMay, Gloria Zeske and Suzie Erieau; and his brother-in-law Butch Van Frachen.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Braun (Jason), Mike LePak (Candy Graves) and Chad LePak (Suz Ross); his grandchildren, Caden and Josslyn Braun; his sisters, Carol Van Frachen and Tina Skenandore (Cecil); and his brother-in-law Steve Erieau.
