He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dequaine and Florence Dequaine (Delfosse); his daughter Jackie; his grandson Justin Dequaine; his in-laws, George and Agnes VanBeynen; and his nephews, Reese Dequaine and Tommy VanBeynen.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Dequaine; his children, Ken "Butch" (Chris), Pam Manders (Jim), Todd (Stacey), Tom (Billi), Paul (Jody), Kathy Schreiber (Mark), Andy (Stacy) and Dean (Sarah); his brothers, Darrel and Dale Dequaine (Colleen); and his brothers-in-law, John (Ayleen) and Tom VanBeynen (Dorothy). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
