She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, John Kozlowski, Tracy Folts (Jeff) and Trisha Kozlowski (Carla Quinn); her brothers, George Jendrusiak (Marie), Charlie Jendrusiak (Wanda) and Larry Jendrusiak; her siblings-in-law, Rosemary Jendrusiak, Joyce LaViolette (Jerry), Sue Roulette (Mike), Sandie Brzoznowski (Charlie), Pat Groeschel (Richard), Doris Kozlowski and Bill Kozlowski (Renee); her grandchildren, Jesse Konen, Josh Kozlowski, Rachael Kozlowski, Falicia Brabant (Steven) and Thomas Folts; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Andrews, Zaiden Kozlowski, Everleigh and Alaina Brabant. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
