She was predeceased by: her parents, George VanBeynen and Agnes VanBeynen (VandenHuevel); her husband Ken Dequaine; her daughter Jackie; her grandson Justin Dequaine; her in-laws, Raymond and Florence Dequaine; and her nephews, Reese Dequaine and Tommy VanBeynen.
She is survived by: her children, Ken "Butch" (Chris), Pam Manders (Jim), Todd (Stacey), Tom (Billi), Paul (Jody), Kathy Schreiber (Mark), Andy (Stacy) and Dean (Sarah); her brothers, John (Ayleen) and Tom VanBeynen; and her brothers-in-law, Darrel and Dale Dequaine (Colleen). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
