He was predeceased by: John Kapaska. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Kapaska; his siblings, Karson, Dalton, Kenny, Austin, Joseph, James, Collin, Marlee, Sarah, RaeAnna, Natasha and Melissa; and his pet Leo. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
