He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Budzinski and Agnes Budzinski (Wierzba); his wife Kathleen Seibel; his children, Adam Budzinski of Green Bay and Erika Budzinski of Abbotsford; his brother Thomas Budzinski of Custer; his sisters-in-law, Joan Schwartz (Thomas W.) of Chippewa Falls, Donna Falkenberg (Rodger) of Bloomer, Lois Petska (John) of Bloomer and Janet Michaud (Jim) of Chippewa Falls; his stepfather Wilfred Steffanus; his brother David; his siblings-in-law, Paul Seibel and Heidi Budzinski; his grandparents, Wallace, Anna Budzinski, Joseph Sr. and Cecelia Wierzba; his parents-in-law, Bertram and Jeanette Seibel; and his pet Kobi. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
