She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst and Elsie; her husband Maynard Bauer; and her siblings, Allen Schulz, Julius Schulz (Ellen), Donald Schulz (Ginger), Calvin Schulz (Arlene), Grace Casanova (Don) and Elaine Boss (Vernon).
She is survived by: her children, Sydney Bauer (Pat Klimpke), Dale Bauer (Gina), Marilyn Carlson (Steve), Shelba Schilling and Kirk Bauer; and her siblings, Kenneth Schulz (Marlene) and Lucille Brecker (David). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
