He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Viegut and Florence Viegut (Wyman); and his brothers, LaVern and Clarence Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Plautz; his sons, Lanny (Cheryl) of Green Bay and Randy (Laura) of Edgar; his grandchildren, Curtis (Brooke), Dillon (Bri), Tanner (Erin) and Abbie (Jeremy Siudzinski); his great grandchildren, Auden, Cruz and Einn; his siblings, Charmane Amacher (Harold) of Abbotsford, Yvonne Koerner (Don) of Dorchester, Jelaine Carstensen (Jerry) of Medford, Judy Wittlinger (Verlyn) of Abbotsford, Gail Underwood (Duane) of Colby, Debra Stoiber (Greg) of Green Bay, Jeff Viegut (Susan) of Tripoli, Cindy Sebold (Jeff) of Marshfield, Carla Wepfer (Duane) of Marshfield and Mark Viegut (Darla) of Colby; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Viegut Lucas of Colby and Elaine Viegut of Tomahawk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family asked that memorials to be sent to Christ Lutheran Church, in Abbotsford, WI, in Jim's name.
