He is survived by: his wife Diane Marquand; his children, Kelly Bertelsen (Dan) of Marine, Chad Smith (Lori) of Menomonie, Rebecca Thom (Dave) of Pine River and Jay Smith (Trish) of Colby; his grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda, Adam, Cassidy, David, Lane, Braxton and Calvin; his siblings, Jerry Smith (Betty Jean) of Downing, Gordy Smith (Cindy) of Menomonie, Rollie Smith of Baldwin and Nylla Hanson (Tom) of Amery; and his sister-in-law Lois Carnine of Deer Park.
